hey i saw your snow bike, i want to make one myself but was wondering how you made it so that the screws didnt go threw the skis or snow board, or did you just put them threw? and what did you use to connect them to the frame?

nope, they will have to send it off, as will any bike shop since not many places have the right tools in order to make the right repairs. Alot of shocks are sealed with compressed air and need to be specially put back together. Let them know what your situation is and ask how long its gonna take before you send in the shock. Also, ask ken to call the right company to find out if they have the parts if needed, and how long the labour turn around is. Hope that helps man
